The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father worked as a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports like soccer, basketball as well as softball prior to getting into bodybuilding, when she was 15 or so. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing and she finished 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. The "World's most powerful mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
