Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is a Mexican-American sportscaster. Her employer is ESPN as an SportsCenter News Anchor. The first time she worked for ESPN in the year 2016. She is a daughter of Maria Antonieta Collins, a journalist on television. Antonietta was bilingual by the time she turned nine. It is this skill which helped her obtain her first job as an Univision producer assistant Miami. There, she worked with the producers of television shows that were national, like Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. After this she was hired by she was hired by the CBS station in St. Petersburg employed her as a sport reporter. In 2009, she moved to Texas to Rio Grande Valley where she became a news correspondent at KNVO TV 48 Univision. In 2009 she made the move to Rio Grande Valley in Texas, where she became a reporter for KNVO 48 Univision and Fox2 News. She was also frequently asked to serve as a weather and sports anchor. The family moved into Mexico City where she was born on 22 November 1985. There is an older sister. The family moved in 1992 to Mexico for the US and eventually settled in Miami. In 1992, her parents separated and shortly afterward in 1995 she was remarried Fabio Fajardo, naval engineer, who passed away in 2006 after suffering from kidney cancer. The holiday in the summer that she lived with her sister living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl was offered the job. Antonietta still a senior at high school and was clear about the career she wanted. So while assessing if Mount Union was right for her Antonietta went to visit the university. The result was that she was a fan of the campus as well as the fact that it had the program she desired. After graduation, she attended the university as an undergraduate major in media studies. Her relationship lasted for a while with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the director of WRMU 91.1 FM of which she was a part. The professor encouraged her to be confident and was greatly moved by his passion for journalism.
